We work at the access point: the exact moment someone is told “not covered,” “not eligible,” or “not enough” — and we build the bridge across it.
We start with the people most often left behind by the systems meant to protect them: seniors facing complex medical needs, adults with disabilities aging out of parental care, and veterans without a safe place to land.
Each program answers a different version of the same question: what happens when the people who love you can no longer be the whole safety net?

Harbor for Seniors
Because a healed wound shouldn't cost you your groceries.
Medical supplies, equipment, and care access for elderly patients whose insurance will not cover the advanced treatment they need — helping protect limbs, independence, and basic stability.
02 — INDEPENDENCE

For when “aging out” shouldn't mean aging alone.
Housing support and caretaking access for adults with disabilities whose parents can no longer be their full-time caretakers — building the plan before a crisis forces the question.

HARbor for heroes
They served their country. We make sure they have somewhere to come home to.
Housing support and care access for veterans, addressing the gap between the service they gave and the stability they are often denied on return.
